Radical AI is a pioneering technology and education company dedicated to transforming the landscape of career preparation. At the heart of RadicalX's mission is the belief in the power of cutting-edge technology to create immersive learning environments that not only teach but also adapt to the evolving demands of the global job market.

My Role

As a UI/UX design intern on a team of five, I led the process of creating wireframes and lo-fi prototypes. Collaborating with the senior designer, I assisted in conducting user research and usability tests. I was responsible for developing hi-fi prototypes for the Onboarding Page and Learning Module with AI feedback.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to integrate complex AI feedback into a user-friendly interface. We aimed to make the AI insights accessible without overwhelming users, requiring a delicate balance between technical depth and simplicity.

Problem Statement

In the evolving UX/UI design field, beginners and experts alike face significant challenges in improving their interview skills. The lack of specialized platforms makes it hard to navigate interviews and showcase abilities confidently. Moreover, the shortage of resources offering specific feedback, relevant questions, and an interactive learning experience adds to the difficulties, making it tougher for UX/UI designers to adequately prepare for the job market.

Potential Solution

Our solution revolutionizes UX/UI design interview preparation with an AI-powered platform tailored for both aspiring and experienced professionals. It offers a space to sharpen interview skills through personalized feedback, simulated industry scenarios, and an engaging learning environment. This approach aims to empower UX/UI designers to confidently tackle interview challenges and meet market demands.

Additional Projects I Worked On

Collaborating with a startup's founder and design team brought unique challenges, including navigating time differences and communication hurdles beyond my control.

However, these constraints made me value our weekly design meetings even more. They taught us the importance of being succinct in our discussions with the product manager while retaining the flexibility to explore tangents when needed. The experience underscored how a vibrant team dynamic can foster creativity and engagement.
